Carrie
Carrie is our Operating Room Manager and Material Manager.
Carrie is our OR Manager, and has over 15 years experience in this role. She can’t imagine any other career than being a pediatric nurse, and we can’t either. She’s spent her entire career of 21 years in the Pediatric OR. She also has 10 years of experience as an Infection Control nurse.
When Carrie isn’t in the OR, she spends time down on the farm—her own! Carrie has a small farm with 2 dogs, 10 goats and a flock of chickens.
Carrie is also responsible for ensuring we have the proper staffing, instrumentation, & supplies to perform our cases with high quality. Additionally, she is responsible for the oversight of Infection Control, patient & employee safety, patient & family satisfaction, and quality assurance.
